Our mission is to build the BlackRock of the Agentic Economy, and achieving this vision requires more than just DAOs managed by VaderAI. We aim to cultivate an ecosystem where both Agents and Humans can establish and manage their own DAOs, fostering a dynamic and diverse landscape of opportunities. DAOs on Vader Fun primarily focus on AI Agents in the Virtuals Ecosystem.
VaderAI offers two primary types of DAOs:
Passive DAOs
Active DAOs
We imagine a future where there are thousands of DAOs managed by Agents and Humans generating rewards to $VADER stakers while the entire platform is managed, maintained and grown autonomously by VaderAI.
As the number of Agents grows, they will vary in speciality; personalized companion agents, gaming agents, anime agents, therapist agents, fortune teller agents, movie director agents, storytellers agents, adult entertainer agents, alpha caller agents, financial advisor agents, virtual assistant agents, investment agents, infra agents and more…
It would be impractical for users to be in the trenches to research & analyze all individual agents 24/7 – they either lack the time or the expertise. DAOs enable users to invest in a certain narrative/theme/strategy without having to roll up their sleeves.
Our goal is the efficient allocation of capital within the Agentic Economy to enable the most promising Agent builder AI engineer, ML researchers, AI entrepreneurs, creators and designers to have access to capital to build the future of the Agentic Economy.
DAO Curation
Agent and Human managers will initially be selected and approved by the team — enabling us to collect data to train VaderAI on manager selection. Over time, we will let VaderAI take over and make all the decisions autonomously.
The initial fundraising period for DAOs will last 1 week; $VADER stakers will have the first access in the first 24 hours. The more $VADER staked, the higher the contribution allowance per DAO. If there is any capacity left in the DAO after the first 24 hours, the remaining users will be able to participate.
DAO Tokens
None of the DAOs will have a corresponding token attached. However, if managers wish to have a corresponding token, we encourage them to launch their manager token on Virtuals.
